Summary: This place is just amazing! I can’t describe how incredibly peaceful this place is. The cottage is amazingly equipped and the owner really thought of everything to make our stay stress and worry free. Monica is amazingly responsive to any questions and very helpful in recommending local restaurants with amazing food. We will most definitely be back!

Summary: Unfortunately, Ian headed toward Florida the day we arrived and unsure of the storm’s trajectory coupled with a long drive home through Florida, we decided to cut our trip short. However, that one day at Summerwood was so incredibly beautiful, we have decided to return as soon as possible. Monica has created not just a lovely place but something uniquely special - she has captured Florida as it should be and yet provides all the latest amenities. In addition, she has the ability to lend her guests complete privacy while at the same time ensuring she is there for their every need. She is amazing! One day was not enough- we will be returning to Paradise! Thank you, Monica!!

Summary: We love staying here- I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve used the cottage. Great accommodations and ideal to come back to after a days adventure. Especially serene setting to wake up to every morning as well. We will certainly be back again when we’re are in the area.

Summary: This has become our annual trip. We love it here it's so relaxing. Sometimes twice a year. The grounds, the pool, the house. Everything is just perfect. We wish we can quit our jobs and just move in. Until next year!

Summary: This was a perfect stay and relaxing with a spectacular private pool. Everything exceeded our expectations and will definitely be returning. Monica made us feel welcome and runs a picture perfect horse farm. Our Rat Terrier Remington enjoyed the farm dogs and long walks around the stables.
