The villa sleeps 6/8 with 3 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge and bedrooms all have air-conditioning units. There is a cot available and high chair. The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops and all major appliances. The lounge has TV and DVD facilities. The villa has extensive outdoor grounds, from which can be seen the spectacular views of the surrounding sea and mountains. The grounds are landscaped with many colourful plants. Alfresco dining, with views of the sea, can be taken on the terrace using the large granite and iron table which seats 8. No villa would be complete without a good swimming pool. The large 10 meter by 5 meter pool has Roman style stepped entry to the shallow end. The pool is both private and illuminated. The large garage provides necessary shade for your car. The villa was completed in late 2007. Owned by an English family and is used as their holiday home, and as such is always kept to a very high standard.Free wifi included

Summary: Quite simply superb!! Over a 30 year period we've stayed in 20 plus villas and this one tops the lot. The quality and configuration of the villa is excellent, located in a tranquil setting with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The images on the website sell the place and it's even better when you get there!! With lots of activities and day trips for the kids in the area, it's an ideal location for any families requirements. Mike is a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble, he goes above and beyond with his hospitality. We can't thank you enough Mike and we'll be back!!

Summary: We have really enjoyed our stay at Mike's villa. The villa and swimming pool were so big and nice. Location so quiet, this was really relaxing and enjoyable. Villa is fully well equipped with everything you may need Besides the villa is really well located to explore all the North area. Mike has been really helpful and responsive to settle any small issues we could have 😉

Summary: We have just had an amazing 2 weeks in this beautiful villa, it really does have everything you would ever need! The pool is so lovely, there is so much space and huge balconies to watch the stunning sunsets and views, Mike couldn’t be more helpful and arranged our transfers and hire car, any questions I had he answered straight away and also gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, he was a pleasure to deal with and makes everything easy for you, hopefully we will be back one day!! Thank you Mike 🙏

Summary: The property was excellent, one of the best we have stayed at for amenities & comfort, everything was catered for. Mike offers a lovely villa situated in a quiet area, but also close to sevaral beaches, bars and restaurants. It is clean, tidy and well furnished in all areas, with good open plan accomodation and ample balconies giving great views to hills and sea, sunsets were glorious. The pool, patio and urrounding shrubs & trees are all well maintained and a large size, plenty of room to lounge, sunbathe, eat and relax. There is good airconditioning, wifi, TV and music & a choice of indoor and outdoor cooking facility. This is a well established villa with great facilities and we would recommend to all to stay here for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Summary: This villa has everything you could possibly need and set in a peaceful location. Very spacious and the pool is fantastic and my children loved it. You definitely need a car which Mike arranged for us along with our airport transfer. Thank you for letting us use your villa we would highly recommend.

Summary: Thank you for allowing us to use your villa, it exceeded my expectations from looking online. It is a lovely lovely house, and with there being 7 of us we never felt cramped it has plenty of space. It’s so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and enough glasses to hold a rave! The area it is situated in is very quiet and we never heard any other people throughout our week long stay. My daughters loved the pool, and used it every day. The pool man came and cleaned it twice during our stay so it is really well maintained. I will recommend this villa to everyone in our community down on the south of the island as well as friends in the UK. Mike the owner is very helpful and responds to messages straight away which is always reassuring.

Summary: The owner Was very helpful throughout the booking process and even once we arrived . I was having trouble with Wi-Fi and contacted the owner who was extremely helpful and got back to us to resolve any problem straightaway. the villa is lovely , extremely well equipped, fantastic pool and sunbathing area set in a very nice location close to the beach and close to many restaurants where the food was exceptional and extremely cheap. When we got home we realised that we had left a pair of sunglasses we contacted Mike and He forwarded to us sent first class post. Thank you for making our holiday special. We will return.
