Summary: Very comfortable property. The year round hot tub is lovely. Kitchen is easy to work in and a sufficient size. Both bathrooms are a decent size. Only concern was how snug it is for that many people. Only two distict bedrooms with doors. 9 sleeping in common or walk through areas. I put two kids in the nook under the stairs which was more comfortable probably for just one. Overall, this is a wonderful place, extraordinarily clean, and a good fit if people are close and comfortable being all together in a cozy shared space.

Summary: The stay in this house was nice except bedrooms, they listed it as 3 bedrooms but the entrance to the 3rd bedroom is through the other bedroom which is not comfortable, other than this all is well
