Located close to Southpoint Mall for plenty of shopping and dining locations, as well as RDU Airport. Perfect for a long-term stay!
This 3,050 square foot two-story home has 2 internal staircases inside the house, each with 13 steps.
From the front driveway, you can enter through the downstairs door (no steps required), or it is 8 steps up the front porch to the front door.

-Enter into the dining room, long dining table can seat 10,
-Open concept into seating area and table that seats 4 in kitchen, and 2 at the counter
-Outdoor porch connected off of the kitchen
-Bedroom #1: Master suite with King sized bed, double vanity sink, large shower (no bathtub) and large walk in closet
-Bedroom #2: Twin bed that can convert into a King sized trundle
-Bedroom #3: Twin bed that can convert into a King sized trundle
-Bathroom: Bathtub with shower combo shared in between Bedrooms #2 and #3

-Living Room with Large Smart TV

Summary: This property is huge. The photos do not do it justice. There was so much space for our family and the little ones to roam around. We especially loved the backyard and play area for kids. We loved the convenience to shopping and dining and all the local attractions. The hosts communicate well and are attentive to any needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We'll be back!

Summary: This house has a bed for absolutely everybody. There is room for young children to play, both inside and out. Property manager was a text away when we needed him. So pleased with our stay!

Summary: Convenient location to our Raleigh office and the airport. Lots of space for meeting, sleeping, and dining together. Check in had some glitches and Internet was down. We'd bring our own towels next time. Thank you for sharing the house with our non-profit organization staff.

Summary: The pictures do not do this house justice. We came to NC for a soccer tournament. We had 6 teenagers (girls) and 5 adults. Everyone had a bed and some personal space. I would love to add that evwryone said the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are specious and allowed our girls to get the perfect hair. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. There is even a kitchen and mixer. I am fully impressed with the amenities provided. I would fully recommend this house to anyone.

Summary: This house was perfect for our long distance family of 17 to stay for an extended wedding weekend. The biggest cons were the beds. The two king beds were excellent but the king trundles are only comfortable if you double up on the mattresses, same as the bunk bed trundles. (Luckily we brought some air mattresses for the kids so we were able to do just that) Brad, the owner, was quick to reply and sent the supplies that we were short on. He is an excellent host and I appreciate his open communication and ability to quickly assist with our requests during our stay.
