Summary: Listing did not disclose a second (basement) unit that was occupied. Vrbo lists check out at 11 am , owner insisted on 10 am. Furniture on enclosed (and very hot) patio smelled like smoke. No usable outdoor space. Inquiry about location made in May, never answered.

Summary: This is a really hard review to write. We got in late after all day of traveling and the door code supplied did not work. We tried to get a hold of the host but did not have any luck. We had to go to a hotel for the night. We spoke with the host the next day and they were really great and refunded us fairly. We decided to try again for our last 2 nights. The house and views were lovely. Unfortunately, most of the beds were not great. In particular, one the two twin beds you could feel every slat under the mattress. The master bedroom was good. Our group understands that mistakes happen (with the key code), but it would be great if the mattresses were updated.

Summary: I stayed with my family and one other family. We arrived and were greeted by a cozy fireplace. From the start Ben, the owner, was very attentive. He responded to messages quickly and made himself available to anything that could potentially come up. The photos of the property were spot on! It was clean, well decorated and felt very comfortable, perfect for our two families. The view in the sunroom did not disappoint and was enjoyed by all. The location was optimal as it was super close to shops, restaurants and other venues (ex: Findlay Toyota Center). I look forward to visiting the property again.
