Summary: We stayed here for the week during a bass tournament. As my husband did not like the dirt road leading into the house, once we were there it was great! he got to park his boat under the cover - totally helped him tackle prep when it was raining! the house was great for us and our friends staying with us. The cover will fit 2 boats under it with the rigs side by side. Amazing stay!

Summary: liked sitting at fire pit while watching the water. wanted to watch macy's parade but couldn't get it on the TV. you have to use your own streaming accounts.... also liked the two screened porch areas and grand babies enjoyed the big tub..

Summary: The house was spotless and very accommodating for our family of four. It was in "the middle of nowhere" which we loved. Not much amenities provided. Make sure to bring any condiments for food, coffee, bath needs, etc. Also know: if you plan on renting a boat, Santee boat rentals will not allow you to take their boat to the house. This screwed all my fishing plans! To the owner: I brought my own grill utensils and charcoal and used the grill twice. Fortunately, I brought my own because nothing was provided. Grill tools and a grill table would be a great addition for your future renter's. Lastly, the first sink in the master bath has a very slow drain and needs to be addressed. Overall, great place. Peaceful, quite, clean, and fun. Thanks!
