Summary: The unit itself is cozy and conveniently located. Situated between the river and main street, nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, one of the main attractions for us was the intimate hot tub and it had clearly not been cleaned. Residue on the surface and floating matter when jets were activated. We weren't comfortable using it. Observing further, bathroom and kitchen were both superficially cleaned. Also some kind of crumbs/sawdust in the bedding?? Overall disappointing maintenance, isn't that what service fees are for? Had a great weekend in town and area anyway but wouldn't stay here again

Summary: When I first saw the place, my heart sank. Dirty and grungy and full of webs and bugs on the outside. But the interior was quite nice. I only noticed 2 minor things -- mop board below the toilet paper was dirty, and the vent fan needs to be cleaned. We had a good stay. Hot tub is perfectly functional. Easy walking distance to National Eagle Center, river walking paths, restaurants/bars.

Summary: Ben was absolutely a wonderful communicator. There was a slight oops with the water (due to the City of Wabasha) Ben was ready and had communicated with a local hotel to accommodate our stay. Thankfully the City was able to fix the water and we were able to stay.
