Summary: Spacious home with all the amenities. A bit tired but comfortable. Back patio/pool area great for families with kids. Will need to have bottled water for drinking and cooking. Definitely rugged desert terrain on the property.

Summary: We had a wonderful six week stay at this gorgeous property. Our dogs loved the space in which to roam, and we enjoyed the lack of snow (we're from Minnesota)! Wished it could have been even warmer, but you can't control the weather! Hot tub was a real plus. Carol was very responsive.

Summary: Very enjoyable place to stay. Owners are bery friendly and easy to work with. There was issues with the outdoor grill which was unfortunate. However I did make anyone aware, we just dealt with it.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was quiet and peaceful and Carol was wonderful to work with. The is a lot of outdoor space at the house with multiple areas to enjoy. We loved seeing the hot air balloons each morning as we had our coffee on the back patio.

Summary: We loved this house and its location in New River. We brought our dogs and there is a nature reserve 5 minutes away. The house is over the top awesome and so comfortable. Everything you need is at your fingertips. New river is a small rural area and gorgeous. We were so sad to leave. The host answered all our questions and communication was outstanding. We were there a month and wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: This home is very spacious and comfortable. My family stayed here just shy of 3 months while our home was being remodeled and were very comfortable. Carol is very responsive and quick to action any request or issue. The lot is peaceful and the pool is spectacular.
