Summary: The apartment is beautiful! The backyard is huge with multiple tables and chairs. The apartment is all new and smartly appointed. The space is bigger than it looks in the pictures, the bathroom is bigger than mine at home. The kitchen has everything you need. The neighborhood is high-end residential, peaceful and totally safe, I'm sure I could have left the door wide open the whole time. Listen for the Great Horned Owls to call in the yard at night. The boundary trail is right outside your door. The views of Los Angeles down below are amazing, eespecially at night, totally unexpected. Scott and Michelle are excellent responsive hosts who can help with whatever you need. I was visiting family in the area so this was the perfect location, easy access to the boulevards. I can highly recommend this rental.

Summary: This is just the perfect little studio tucked away in a wonderful quiet neighborhood! The unit comes equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, the unit is modern and includes a full kitchen & huge shower in the bathroom. Bed is super comfy and new, view of the 1/2 acre garden is beautiful, and the hosts are extremely responsive and went far above and beyond what's expected. Thank you so much!!!

Summary: We love this place. It’s beautiful and comfortable. If the weather was warmer we would have spent more time enjoying the yard. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. The kitchen is well supplied. The shower in the bathroom is great. Our hosts were friendly and available. We would like to return some day.

Summary: I am staying in the area for work and needed a “home away from home”. Scott and Michelle are truly the most thoughtful hosts - spotlessly clean, comfortable and private. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, it’s great for walking, running, hiking. The beach is within walking distance. It simply doesn’t get any better! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Summary: Had a great stay overall at this place. Location was great - quiet and safe. Kitchen is a bit small for longer term stays but overall okay. Quality and comfort of bed was great! Advertised as having AC but there aren't any AC controls in the unit (controlled by main house) - didn't really feel any AC on but there was a fan so good enough - plus LA wasn't terribly hot this summer. Overall, a great place.

Summary: We were delighted to find this apartment close to our son, daughter-in-law, and first grandchild. We were nearby able to assist this new family when needed yet could retreat to our great apartment when needed! The apartment is as described: private, modern, and peaceful. The owners are very helpful and available if needed. Grandson, apartment, and weather! We enjoyed it all!
