Home offers three bedroom with amazing living /entertaining space. Accommodates up to 6 guests in private setting. Enjoy time with friends and family with beautiful entertaining space and luxurious heated inground pool. Open floor plan and beautiful design offer relaxation and ultimate entertaining. Home is private with beautiful setting to truly relax and enjoy time with loved ones in the breathtaking Berkshires.

Catamount is 11.2 mi East.
We recently upgraded our system to enhance the heating/cooling system in the house. Please excuse the appearance of some baseboard areas. Upgrades are in progress! Pricing reflects the updates in progress.

Summary: Absolutely Blissful Stay Our recent stay at 522 Rote Hill Road in Sheffield was simply fantastic, and we absolutely loved every moment!From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the incredible backyard – it's truly a private oasis. The pool was a definite highlight and provided endless enjoyment and relaxation. We spent so much time out there, soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings.One of our favorite things was the natural, tranquil atmosphere. Hearing the beautiful bird sounds throughout the day created such a peaceful and immersive experience. It truly felt like a wonderful escape into nature, yet with all the comforts of home.The house itself was spacious and clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable. And the property owner was super helpful, making communication a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed.We highly recommend 522 Rote Hill Road to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a superb outdoor space and a wonderful, responsive host. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: We were looking for a comfortable and private spot for a rendezvous between us (retirees) and two busy daughters, plus one spouse. The house was ideal for this with a great pool, screen porch, and indoor gathering space. It is nicely secluded on a hillside; and only a short ride away from restaurants, shopping, and sights. Fun, laughter, and relaxation ensued!

Summary: Our family of 6 spent 3 nights at the home for a short winter break. The house was more than big enough for us all, with a nice open living space and good size bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Home was clean and comfy. It was quiet and secluded at night which was wonderful and peaceful, but still close enough to restaurants and Butternut Mountain. We had a large snowfall our first night, but the owner graciously had the snowplow there early the next morning so we were able to hit the mountain early. Would def recommend!

Summary: Plenty of room for my 3 grown children and two of their significant others. Would have appreciated another queen bed instead of what I think was a twin. Overall very comfortable, owner was very reachable and accommodating!! Would definitely stay here again!
