Summary: The overall experience was good with the house. The water was smelly and gross. The house looks great at first but than if you look closer. It seems like the house has many unfinished projects and it didn’t look professionally done. The size of the house was perfect for my group and we did not feel like we were on top of each other! Thank you!

Summary: Location was great for us - close to the USTA Tennis campus. Close to a Publix. House was clean. Kitchen could maybe use a few more items. Pool was cold, but we were able to tolerate it one afternoon. We were able to fix the fire table and buy batteries for the TV remotes, but overall these were little things and we had a good time on our trip to Orlando.

Summary: First impression house is in rural area. Positive…very private, close to airport and Publix grocery store. Unattractive landscaping, which was recommended not to walk on front and backyard of home. Pool maintained with patio table and chairs. Air was stagnant when we walked in and communicated we could open windows. Wood blinds missing louvers and strings to operate. we were told air-conditioning set at 75° Communicated to owners this was unacceptable and they were very nice to accommodate our wishes to lower the air conditioning. Lighting below average in house. House needs thorough cleaning and more and upgraded furniture. Very small and low furniture to the ground?? Example king size bed matchbox spring was on floor. M/B shower leaks when you stand too close to the showerhead. Water smells like sulfur. Owners preferred you to use kitchen in the back of the house to cook but very grimy and unclean. Dishes needed to be washed before used. Coffee maker was a two cup. Communicated to owner they brought us over a large new coffee maker. Also the glass sliding door from main room to second kitchen is a safety concern. Two adults unintentionally walked into the glass door. Stickers need to be placed on door. I will would not rent this again.

Summary: Easy check in and out, bedrooms were a nice size, nice bathrooms, plenty of room in the family living area. Enclosed porch with extra kitchen and living area was very comfortable. We used the house for family and friends staying together for our daughters wedding in St Cloud.

Summary: The property and home was spacious so it was nice to be able to spread out. But there were several things that would keep us from returning. One of the bedrooms had a broken mattress, the kitchens were NOT well stocked, the water smells like sulfur, smoke alarms were beeping, breaker box was flipped when we arrived so the lights werent working, some of the dishes were dirty in the drawer, and it had the smell of old food

Summary: Three adults for a Tennis Camp. We had tons of room and privacy and the central space for socializing is very large as well. We enjoyed the pool every night and found great restaurants within 10 minutes.

Summary: 10 of us ages 7-75 stayed on the property for a weekend wedding. It worked out well for all of us, plenty of room for everyone. Liked seeing deer almost every day we were there.
