Spacious basement apartment abutting Apex Park up on beautiful Lookout Mountain with large yard and beautiful patio. Great location as you are close to Denver and Red Rocks yet up in the peaceful mountains! The apartment is completely separate from the main house and is truly a get-a-way escape from it all. You can also work from the unit with excellent internet service.
The 1,700 square foot unit includes a family room with smart t.v dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, patio, cell and wifi coverage with speeds up to 400 Mbps.
The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed and a twin day bed.
Outdoor patio with seating to enjoy the views and your morning coffee. Or strike up the BBQ grill for dinner and drinks while the sun is setting.

Summary: Wonderful views, quiet friendly neighborhood. Short (less than10 mi utes) drive to Golden. Plenty of space for my son and I. Great outdoor patio with a grill and view of the sunset

Summary: We loved our stay at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was clean and the view incredible. The only "negative" would be if you are not comfortable driving up the mountain road, especially at night. Just something to be aware of if that is the case. If not, definitely consider booking this beautiful property.

Summary: We LOVED this location. So much so that we will try to stay here every time we visit. We have family in Golden, CO and they are going to recommend it to all visitors. The lodging was nice, but the views were AMAZING. Also, the heard of Elk roaming through the yard were incredible. When we visited, the weather was awesome, but I could see snow & ice making this location hard to reach, since it is nestled in the hills. 10/10 could not recommend enough.

Summary: We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The house and porch were clean and comfortable; got to enjoy peace and quiet with wonderful wildlife while being close to Red Rocks and town. I would absolutely stay here again!
