Pinecrest Garden has a living room, dining room, family room, 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, furnished with beautiful, comfortable, great Italian furniture and beds. Including 4 flat screen TV's.
The Kitchen contains modern appliances, cookware, kitchenware and more, such as, washer and dryer.
The lot is 32100 sq-ft, equivalent to half the size of a football field. Besides, the land is filled with beautiful trees, plants and flowers around. Other features of the house includes a large and private, pool, patio and parking space.
The pool is cleaned once a week, and the garden is trimmed once every three or four weeks.

Summary: This house was laid out perfectly for our family and we had a very nice stay. Carlos was very responsive to each message I sent him, which I appreciated very much. The house could use a little love though...the landscape is in horrible condition around the pool, which is a shame because with a little work it would be an awesome pool area. Same with the house itself...a little exterior paint and sprucing up would double it's rental value.

Summary: We arrived to find the pool water was cloudy and green with many tree leaves in the bottom of pool. We were unable to use it for an additional three days. Also, the first night we saw a rat run across the floor in the family room while we were watching tv. We found traps around the house. Second night, we saw another rat runs across the kitchen floor. Both nights we used one of the traps we found in the house and trapped/killed both rats. Because of the existing traps, it was evident that the property manager was aware of the rodent problem, but did not tell us in advance, so we could make other arrangements, nor did anything to address it after we informed him. Our family found none of the advertised “peace nor beauty”, during our stay at this property, after the rats (not mice) incidents.

Summary: Host was friendly and addressed some of our concerns quickly. The house did have a musty smell which they tried to suppress with air wick deodorizers .

Summary: House has lots of potential. The property and house not well maintained. House had very strong damp order and plug ins were used to try and mask order. Furniture in house and patio need replacing ASAP. The owner seems to be very nice guy. Responded quickly to texts. Interior of house was clean and house was in very nice neighborhod.

Summary: My family planned to drive to Miami a couple days before our cruise. I found this house and communicated with the owner a few times. Mr. Vegas had a conflict in meeting us when we arrived, but we still entered smoothly. We had 6 adults ranging from 21 to 86 years old. There was space for everyone to feel comfortable and the location made it easy for us to enjoy Miami tours and excellent dining. There were a couple steps in the house which may be difficult for someone with a physical impairment to traverse, otherwise it was very open and provided lots of room to spread out! Before leaving for Miami, my son’s friend had the wonderful welcome from my cat when he “marked” his suitcase. Friend didn’t realize this until we arrived. There is a washer and dryer on the property, but for whatever reason, it didn’t work properly that day. Mr. Vegas responded very quickly to every question I asked and provided his phone number. He came and got the suitcase and washed all the laundry for our friend! Since we were going on a cruise two days after arrival, he saved the day!! Mr. Vegas offered recommendations for dining. He lives nearby and was able to respond quickly when needed. I give him and his property high recommendations!

Summary: The place is a good place and we had fun but there is only an issue the house needs some improvements. There were some items that were no working or in an old condition. The good thing is that the owner were accessible and able to help with the inconvenience.

Summary: I suggest the owner/manager stay at the property as a guest himself for several days. Some things we brought to his attention were band-aid fixed right away, but overall, something is wrong with every room in the house.
