Summary: Everything went well place was nice and clean I do feel like for the price charged rooms would be a little bigger and updated they are just simple rooms. Restrooms felt a little small for me. One big thing for me was you can not have your own cooler in the pool area I get it they have to make their money but I like my own drinks and I don’t have to worry about what to choose to drink. Complementary breakfast was good they have I believe it’s 3 or 4 choices but all good and service was amazing.

Summary: Grounds and location were fabulous. Lobby and restaurant was great. Rooms were old and not especially clean. Cabinets in kitchen were filthy and not even a spoon or a napkin to be found. Could not sit on the couch as it was very broken down. Only gave you one hand towel and one wash cloth. BUT…bed was comfortable and view was out of this world. Staff were amazing and food in cafe was great. Free breakfast was so so. Dont pay for a balcony room… the view is great but the balcony was only 1 foot deep!

Summary: Good older hotel, close to town and lively beach, very walkable. Free breakfast is a good start to each day. Pool guests are friendly and overall the hotel is quiet at night. Great views from the room and pool.

Summary: Awesome person checking us in. Efficient, Polite and Friendly. When I asked what time the pool bar opened, she said it was closed. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk mgr came out. I told him that’s the only reason we booked that hotel. First words out of his mouth were”Do you want to stay somewhere else?” No sorry. No nothing. Very rude. Had a huge fly infestation, like 75-100 when it finally opened 3 days later due to lack of cleaning the bar(sweet attracts flies). Sprayed some chemical all over so the. Dead flies everywhere. In the ice bin…etc. they just cleaned them out. Didn’t change the ice.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. I usually stay at playa bonita so that's the only play i could realy compare. If your a silver member or higher you get a complimentary drink at the bar. Plus free breakfast
