Positive: The supermarket next door was very convenient. The washing machine was a plus as was the large fridge. The lighting was a nice touch!

Negative: The flat screen TV was "old school" ( for the price this unit should have a smart TV). The interior needs some TLC (floors are chipped and in the bathroom they are rotten around the shower). . Last and perhaps most irritating, we had to wait past the check in time because the apartment was not yet clean.
