Positive: We stayed for 1 night in Payel in. It's a very nice hotel and next to the station. The property is clean, beds are comfortable and all amenities are available.
Negative: So, firstly the electric kettle didn't work and has to be replaced, then hair dryer was not working which they came and fixed, then water was leaking from the bathroom wash basin which again we had to call them and they came and fixed it. The water from the shower chamber was always flooding the bathroom as the drainage was not the best. Then the blanket cover had lipstick marks. The breakfast was simply bad, no salt, no taste and very less options, never having breakfast here again. Really poor quality breakfast buffet. In one night stay, we had so many issues, but the staff was good and helped resolved all the issues. I think the infrastructure needs regular maintenance if they want to retain their standards.
