Positive: Directly at the beach and very quiet. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Pool was nice.
Negative: Beach was not so clean. Water sink in the bathroom was leaking the whole time and other things in the room didn’t work properly (e.g., curtains, terrace door). I actually was not there on this time. I booked this days by mistake and realized only after. The hotel did not even send me an email or message once the noticed I had not arrived on the check in date (that was not nice). I tried calling as well but got no reply. I ended up booking again (paying twice of course) for February… hence this review.

Positive: Loved the staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Bungalows are a bit rustic, which we found charming . Ko Muk is very laid back and charming

Positive: Great location and beautiful swimming pool. Ping pong table was fun but old.
Negative: Not good value for the price we paid (400 euros for two nights), no vibe in the resort, no decoration at all in the room. The resort clearly needs to be renovated for this price.
