Summary: We stayed in a suite with a kitchen and sitting area. It was very clean. It was quiet. The location was excellent. Easy to get to everything.

Summary: Our 5 day stay was great. The property was very clean, staff super cheerful and helpful, the room was spotless. The only thing I didn’t read ahead of time was there is no daily housekeeping but that wasn’t an issue at all. We got extra towels from the front desk. We didn’t need the bathroom cleaned or the bed made every day. One disappointing thing was that the pool and hot tub weren’t opened (we looked forward to that) but honestly in early May it was a bit too cold anyway. We loved the fact that the building was key entry only (very safety conscious on their part). Having a kitchen and a table was fabulous. We bought coffee and some breakfast items at Walmart and saved money. The bed was comfortable but be sure to bring your own pillows (we did). The ones they have are small and very fluffy. It’s kind of like not having a pillow at all unless you like that type. The location is perfect. So many places to eat right on Richmond road and it’s very close to Colonial Williamsburg. There is also a few grocery stores cclose as well as a CVS. Overall, the property is run like an airB&B. Take out the trash, run the dishwasher, collect all towels,etc. office open 9a-7p. Oh and when you walk into the building, the smell is very pleasant. It’s like they pump in gain febreeze. It makes the experience even better. 10/10. Definitely recommend and if/when we return to Williamsburg we will stay here again.

Summary: We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom because of something that happened prior to our arrival. It was beyond adequate for our needs. Check in was quick and easy...staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay again

Summary: Very nice place to stay. We had booked only a one bedroom but they had booked all of those out when we went to check in. They upgraded us to a two bedroom. More room than we needed but would have been great for a family. Basically had a full kitchen in it. It had everything you needed in it. My favorite thing was the bathroom. The shower was huge. Made me want to upgrade my personal bathroom at home to include a bigger shower. Very clean also. Nice property.

Summary: Me and my daugher stayed in that room for spring break. I'd say it was mostly clean except there was hair from the past stayer in the master shower. I did not use the guest bathroom for we only needed one. The vending machine downstairs was out of order had to go out the building for drink's and food. The matresses weren't the best quality either the master bedroom was quite hard and the fold out couch bed matress was very thin from my daughers words but overall I'd give it a average from the bathroom to the vending machine to the bed's.
