Positive: Overall our experience with Patriko was exceptional! The room was - I dare to size - huge, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail to all bits and aspects and spotlessly cleaned (cleaned on a daily basis, which is not common for island properties). Accommodation overall was marvelous, featuring two pools (one for children and one for adults), swings in the yard and a large collection of board games, books and magazines. The greatest feature of "Patriko" is its owners: very friendly and helpful people, giving you a sense of family members rather than property owners. Our family LOVED IT there and would definitely recommend it!

Negative: Nothing! EVERYTHING was excellent and exceeded all expectations!

Summary: The most beautiful place to stay in Skyros!

Positive: Nice place, clean, good swimming pool, not too far from the main village and nearby beaches/restaurants (if you have car). Hosts are friendly and provided breakfast and even dinner one day (local food).

Negative: Location was good but bit far from the main village and nearby restaurants if you do not have car. Neighborhood is ok.

Positive: A wonderful hotel, especially for families. We stayed for four nights in an exceptionally nice room that was perfect for our family of five. It was a two-bedroom apartment with two queen-size beds and a single bed, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an adorable small dining area. The room was very comfortable for our family and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. The owners are a lovely family who run the hotel with passion and care. Although the hotel offers room-only accommodation, every morning we were served a handmade Greek breakfast plate from the owner. Logistically, Girismata beach with golden sand is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Bakery is also 10 minutes away. We had a great stay at Patriko and found it to be excellent value for money.

Positive: The whole place: house, pool, garden, area. Good design of interior and exterior. But above all, we were specially surprised by the freshness of the house (no air conditioning needed because of the building good quality and design).

Negative: Nothing, everything was great. Let's just say that if you don't have a car is far to move around.
