Summary: This property is even better than its photos and description. The location is excellent. It is in a quite neighborhood yet less than two blocks from a Publix and other amenities. You could walk to downtown Stuart.The cottage was very clean and provided everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen was fully stocked including sharp knives and 3 cutting boards. A clothes steamer was available in addition to the washer/ dryer and iron. The living room and each bedroom had a smart tv.I plan to vacation in Stuart again and would definitely want to rent this VRBO. I doubt that you will find a bettter rental.

Summary: From start to finish great host experience. Matt is on top of his game. Great location to all. Dinning, riverwalk and short drive to the beach. 3rd stay under Matts roofs.

Summary: Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Was bigger than expected. The screened in porch was very nice. The only very annoying thing was the loud bathroom fan that turns on with the light switch. Plus the fan didnt do its job. A quieter fan would be appreciated
