Positive: Great location - just 50 meters from subway station. Nice breakfast.

Negative: Room is pretty small. For a short stay it's ok, but for long stay it's questionable.

Positive: I took a private room. Well equipped and clean. Close the airport in grab (20min) and to the metro.

Negative: Slight smell of sewer coming from the bathroom and humid when coming back (solved by starting the a/c). Bit far from the main touristic portion. Staff never there sadly and a bit antipathic and lack of social life in the common area.

Positive: Well every bed has a drape that you can close it down to have some privacy. There's also light and small table inside each bed cabinet, quite convenient.

Negative: There are very fragile doors for the toilets and shower. I stayed alone that night in the 6 ppl girls dorm, if I had not been alone, it would have been very uncomfortable. The toilet was not so clean, either was the bed side corner.

Summary: Cheap stay with a lot of food options.

Positive: The location was great, tons of food stalls in the evening and also restaurants, 7/11. MRT is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. A/C in my room works well. Bed is very comfy. There are more parking space than I thought, which is great!

Negative: It's hot in the bathroom.

Positive: Very convenient location, just next to the subway, plenty of street food around. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet, I slept very good! The building looks a bit older than in the pictures, nothing wrong about it, just don't expect it to be as cute as it's shown. I recommend for a budget stay!

Positive: The proximity to MRT , local market and massage place is a plus. Informed in advance the check in time and I am glad they got everything ready when I arrive. Most of the time staff are available at the cafe beside. They do speak decent english. Basic amenities in the room. There is a common fridge for others to use at the stairs landing. The hairdryer works exceptionally well. The size of the room is decent with ample walking space with my 120L luggage opened up. Also it takes just an hour to take from Suvarnabhumi Airport via train. Which is similar timing during peak hour if you were to take taxi.

Negative: This place isn't equip with a lift. The flight of stairs might have turn others down but I feel it is pretty okay. Though it might be a hassle when you have to bring your luggage up and down. Aint convenient for people who intend for a shopping trip. There's only hot water at night. I guess the tank of water has been exposed in the hot sun during the day.

Summary: Near MRT , local market with good food and good Thai massage.
