Positive: An ideal accommodation for anyone wanting to visit Val d'Orcia. The location is excellent, as everything is easily reachable by car (Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, and the stunning landscapes of this part of Tuscany). The host, Lelio, is extremely kind and polite, a true gentleman who is available for anything you might need. The apartment consists of a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a small balcony. The view from the bedroom is wonderful. The accommodation has shutters, so the rooms can be completely darkened. The cleanliness is impeccable, absolutely flawless. The internet connection is excellent. Parking spaces are public and located right on the street. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. I would gladly return anytime and stay for more days.

Positive: The location was easily accessible, the host was welcoming and friendly. He waited for us to hand over the keys and show us around. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and clean, well equipped and the host even provided us with some food (including his home-made jam that was really tasty). There was storage for the bikes in a small private garage with a key.

Negative: The location could be nicer and the neighbours were a bit loud but nothing extreme, they were quiet during the night. The apartment is next to a railway but not sure if it is in operation, we didn't see any trains pass while we were there.

Positive: This very comfortable apartment was perfectly positioned for our night stage on the via Francigena. It was very spacious , light , pleasantly furnished , and had everything we could wish for We were also supplied with all the makings for breakfast which we hadn’t expected Check in was thoughtfully managed

Positive: The apartment is spotless, look even better than the picture. The kitchen has everything that you needed. The host even provided foods to prepare our breakfast! Perfect stay if you are exploring Val d’Orcia as most of the viewpoints are within 15min drive.

Positive: The space, the well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus. Milk and yogurt in the fridge was unexpected but appreciated. For walkers on the via Francigena the location is perfect.

Negative: A Nespresso coffee machine would be easier to use than the TINY percolator that was available.
