Positive: Had enough rooms and most ensuite

Negative: A lot of moulds in the bathroom, advertised as free parking on street but got a ticket and the host/agency not helpful. I will suggest you take off the free parking in your advert as it is not free. That's quite misleading and not a good marketing strategy except you can get a permit from the council which should be handed over to residents when a booking is made.

Positive: The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Negative: Seating - Soft seating for only 3 people, there was 11 of us! Outside - Garden chair was broken causing injury when sat on Kitchen - Ants Televisions - No batteries in remotes. one remote only works for all tv's Front door - No key for front door. No means of escape from berooms if the kitchen was on fire. Dirty under sofa (not been cleaned) No free parking available during the day as indicated on booking.com. Only free parking from 6pm till 8am. No information given regarding parking, apart from a web link to a website to search for private PAID parking. Drain in back garden overflows dirty water into the garden/yard. Not enough cutlery for a large group. Only 1 roasting pan. No grill pan. The vacucm cleaner did not work.

Summary: Disappointing, could do better.
