Negative: The property was really good but I did not enjoy the "Pass the Keys" experience. Being required to pay hidden "convenience fees", providing personal information and having insurance pushed on the renter was not what I expected. You should change the name from "Pass the Keys" to "Hidden Fees".

Summary: The place was great but I will try and avoid Pass the Keys properties in future.

Positive: Location and setting were great. Close enough to walk to Hampton Court (although it takes a good 35-40 minutes). Close to town for shops etc. Wonderful setting right on the river - great for watching wildlife and boats. Property was well equipped, the only thing lacking were tools for BBQ use. Nice quiet area with good secure parking. Excellent communication prior to arrival.

Negative: Upstairs shower not easy to use due to being a little dated - shower directly off taps so temperature difficult to regulate. Downstairs bedroom suffered with a little condensation.

Negative: Freezing cold on arrival and generally heating not good enough for a winter stay with just space heaters. Luckily we were able to light the fire. The kitchen was poorly equipped - ie only 3 Prosecco glasses when the house sleeps 4 -

Positive: Great location and close to the river, shops and transport links. Lots of charm with beautiful views of the river. Deck over the water and watching the wildlife and boats a highlight.

Negative: Needs some small details tidied up as refrigerator wasn’t that cold, shower was weak and hard to adjust. Although there was some info on BOOKING.COM the house needs an info manual and some general operating manual.
