Positive: Good location- easy access to M11, park and ride for Cambridge, Duxford. Property had a parking place. Several pubs within walking distance - Green Man was very good Plenty of space inside. Kitchen well equipped. 3 good-sized double bedrooms were comfortable with enough space for hanging clothes. Wet room with amazing shower in master bedroom No chintz or fuss

Negative: No cooker instructions- ikea kulinarisk oven -not intuitive and had to google it No blinds on the vellux windows in the bedrooms- room not dark, which could be a problem in summer or for those with younger children Master bedroom is up 2 flights of stairs- ok for us but might be an issue for those with bad knees.

Negative: There were no batteries in tv remote The living room chairs are very uncomfortable The lighting in the first floor bathroom is poor and in the study The house is spacious, clean and warm
