Summary: This place was okay. The room we got the gentleman that checked us in said it was the worst room in the place and they didnt have another one. No clue how this thing got a 9.2 rating on this website. It's easily 7.0

Summary: Friendly and very responsove staff. Wished they had bottled water for free, but it was made up by unlimoted water and cips, as well as coffee 24 x 7 Very pleasant stay!

Summary: Lobby smells too much like fabuloso. I like that its clean but tone down on the amount of cleaner. Also, this place is not military veteran friendly. In addition, when i went to my room I looked up and there was obvious blood splatter on the ceiling. I complained to the front desk and they just offered me to switch rooms. I would have preferred a discount. One very important safety issue is that it was raining when i checked in, the tile flooring outside is extremely slick and dangerous. there were parts that were not covered by the mat and i slipped, luckily I did not fall. but was very cautious. Other than all of this, the hotel is okay.
