Positive: The price was fine.

Negative: Didn’t feel comfortable there. No TV. Strange man was there the nights I was there sleeping on the living room couch. I think he was a homeless person who found a free place to stay. He told me to not lock the sliding door or he couldn’t get in. It was just uncomfortable.

Summary: Was a good idea for the get away I needed, but it ended up being uncomfortable and strange.

Positive: For the price, room was in good condition, along with shared bathroom

Negative: Towels provided were dirty, smelt of cigarettes. Had some trouble entering the property as other lodgers had locked pass code lock from inside. Owner had to call them and tell them to open after awhile

Summary: Decent for the money, just needs to clean towels and sort front door key code lock

Positive: The price was outstanding for the quality, comfort and look of the home! The amenities that were provided far exceeded what we paid! The host was very helpful, patient, kind and reasonable.

Negative: Upon arrival the bed was not made and their were not clean towels! A washer and dryer were provided, however the washer did not work so we had to take bedding and towels to laundromat all the way across Palmetto. We still felt that this property was exceptional for the price we paid! The room was clean and comfortable, so to us having to do laundry was not that big of a deal!!

Summary: Exceptional stay at a very affordable price!!
