Positive: It's a newly refurbished spacious apartment with everything needed, situated in a very quiet area next to a banana plantation and overlooking the ocean. The large terrace with views over the ocean and the surroundings is a great plus, perfect for having breakfast, an evening tea, or a glass of wine while stargazing. The owners were very nice and helpful, they gave us a lot of advice on where to eat, what to visit, etc. and also have a playful ginger cat and a lovely dog :) It was a great stay, highly recommend.

Positive: We really liked the location of the apartment - just 3-5 minutes by car from Puerto de la Cruz. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, and they helped us with various questions. There is parking available. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts have a small dog and a cat, both very friendly. We had a great time there.

Positive: Everything was great. The owners are very nice. The appartment is big and has everything you need (also dishes in the kitchen) and it was clean. We had a car, there's a parking place right next to the property. Near the appartement are shops and restaurants (also in walking distance).

Positive: It's really a top quality apartment, the two hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the fruit basket was great. We very clearly recommend this accommodation. Very good restaurants and a fully grown up shopping mall in walking distance, although having a car can be helpful when exploring the vicinity (private parking place available).

Positive: The space inside was very clean, large and kitchen had anything needed to cook meal if necessary. All was very clean. Nice towers and bedding Good WiFi. Terrace Hosts were very accommodating and when asked they did bring additional bin bags or coffee

Negative: During our stay in Tenerife it was the only place that heating was never on ( it was automatically regulated by temperature) but during December the temperature in the morning were low and very humid so it would be appreciated if available. The drive to property is via one way very narrow road. Leaving property by car meant even for short distance you drive few additional km to get there. The one way road gets very busy in the morning makes it a lot of noise. The sofabed was broken when arrived which we informed.

Positive: Urbano and Bijou are very welcoming, making the stay feel more like visiting close friends. They were very accommodating during the whole stay. The place is perfect for families - the apartment has a separate bedroom and its own outdoor terrasse. There is even a shared small playground in the shadow to keep the little ones happy while the sun's too hot. Free parking at the property Everything interesting, such as Loro Park, is a few minutes drive away.

Negative: You need a car to operate in the overall area - this is something we're not really used to
