Summary: Parkview has a very 20s/Gatsy look to it and downstairs everything is good. Situated very central in town with lovely surrounding area. Rooms are of a good size but could do with some central air and a fan in bathroom. Also better plug placement and tv/wifi needs improving. Overall for out 1 nite stay this was a great hotel but any lo ger than 1 nite and it would be lacking for us. Breakfast room and bar have a great feel to them. Buffet breakfast is well laid out and staff helpful

Summary: The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh options. However, the room felt quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The bed linen cover above the duvet also appeared old and worn, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. While the stay was comfortable overall, updating the rooms would significantly improve the guest experience. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Summary: Perfectly placed hotel for the National Park and waterfall. Good size car park and rooms. Restaurants also very convenient, although other better restaurants not too far away.

Summary: I guess we got what we paid for. The positives were that we arrived late at night and there was convenient on-site parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having a pub/bar on site was a nice bonus. On the downside, there was a teenage disco taking place in the function room when we arrived, and the music was very loud until around 11pm, which wasn’t ideal after a long journey. The hotel also feels quite dated and could do with some modernisation. There were a few stains on the carpets, and while the room was clean enough, it was very basic. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights and the staff were so friendly! The bedroom and ensuite were clean and the linen fresh. The only slightly negative point was that it got very warm in the room as it isn't air-conditioned. There weren't any windows to open, just a juliet balcony door which we had to leave propped open at night. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay and the convenience of the location.

Summary: Smokey room, comfy bed and helpful staff I stayed in room 210 for 3 nights and unfortunately had people smoking in adjacent balconies every morning, evening and night. The rooms are non smoking but it isn’t enforced, and waking up to second hand cigarette smoke isn’t great. Otherwise a nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff and the restaurant food was tasty
