Positive: The location of the property was excellent with an easy walk to the beach and trail. The grounds were also nice and very private. The house was quite comfortable.

Negative: The house is rather rundown with lots of deferred maintenance. There was mold in the bathroom, big cracks in the tile shower, stained carpets, and broken amenities. It needs repairs and updates. For the price, one would expect better.
