Positive: Location is unbeatable, with an early morning flight. Extra comforts, such as robes were welcome additions. Pool was great for kids also.

Positive: Staff were very helpful. We arrived very late at night and my husband was on crutches. The staff member who checked us changed the room to one near the lifts and also gave us late check out. Another staff member got a wheelchair and escorted us to our room. When we checked our, assistance was offered and two staff members escorted us to the airport, one pushing my husband in a wheelchair and the other taking the luggage.

Negative: Signage to get to the lift to the Park Royal. We spent a good 30 minutes trying to find it which was difficult with my husband who was on crutches and it was after. Midnight.

Summary: Once we made it to the Park Royal the service we received by all staff members was outstanding.

Negative: The pillows was like a bit of paper we had to get the cushions off the couch to sleep The window was not sealed and the wind whistled through the gap and kept us awake
