Positive: The staff were excellent. If I would review only staff, then I would give 20 stars 🌟 Nice park and garden. You can bring your dog with you as promised. The staff was attentive to my dog, which was nice.

Negative: I’m pretty sure that 4* is way too overrated—3* would suit more - that's why my rating is slightly lower. The hotel is supposed to be dog-friendly but has no dog bowls at all, and it felt like a dog-friendly "badge" is just to have it, but not for real. If you are a dog owner, you will understand. I travel a lot, and I know what dog-friendly hotel means in full sentences of this word. If you don't wanna dogs in it, why mark yourself as dog-friendly? There was no fridge in the room, dirty towels, a broken sink, a tiny blanket, and so and so and so - not really for 4* Didn’t like restaurant food at all. It’s eatable but only if you are starving - otherwise, better some McDonald's and will get almost the same. Everything was more or less ok - for a good 3* village hotel.

Negative: My room did not have a provision to switch off the general lighting from the sleeping area. I also recommend better dusting the air conditioner. But these are minor things that do not mar the overall impression.

Positive: I travelled with a dog and it was very comfortable, with ample park space for her to run around. Comfortable room and nice staff made me feel welcome. Nice breakfast.

Negative: Nothing bad on say. Maybe a little on the pricey side but good quality accommodation, so I feel it was justified.
