Positive: Good location. Room and bathroom clear enought. Breakfast very basic, but fresh, so ok ;)

Negative: We didn't met any stuff when arrived and when left, except one guy during breakfast. Hotel very old and weird, with dirty windows and carpets.

Positive: Customer service was amazing and whilst this isn’t a new hotel it had all the things that really matter. A hot shower in just the right height / position, an excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a top value guest pass as well as being quiet yet in the center of Lenk. Top tip: if you contact the hotel in advance they can issue you an electronic guest pass which will save you $$ on local mountains buses and trains in the region - definitely worth it.

Summary: Top value, friendliest and most polite staff around and everything you need to have a very comfortable stay in Lenk.

Negative: Unmodernised area where the initial booking was made was not well looked after ie corridor windows and curtains were dirty and had many cobwebs, corridor carpet was not clean The hotel was not manned 24 hours and the front door was always unlocked
