Positive: Lovely house. Spacious with all we needed for our stay. Perfect for our London stay, will use again if we are local! Beds were comfy, bathroom was lovely and house was clean and tidy!

Negative: Only a few bits of crockery for a place to sleep 4, had to stagger our hot drinks. No microwave, but luckily food we bought could be heated in the oven too.

Negative: Wifi did not work and due to being slightly remote no signal - we did ask the owner about this when we arrived and it was due to be sorted( said it was a pay as u go system) but wasnt despite multiple messages that wasnt replied to until day before we left Due to this i have to leave the property to work due to no wifi from the duration. When we arrived only one towel despite 2 of us House was very very minimal ( no wardrobes, no side tables just bed in rooms, no curtains in back room, just net, garden not usable & no instructions on how to use the oven/hob No microwave Very minimal cutlery, plates etc

Positive: Lovely cottage, amazing facilities. loves the Samsung fridge ☺️

Negative: overall a lovely house, only comments we would make are: * the 3rd step on the stairs could do with repairing. * the living room would be better with an additional small sofa or chair

Summary: very happy with our stay. The house was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. Would book again
