Summary: I was rather disappointed to be profiled by the front desk attendant simply because I arrived on a motorcycle. Aside from that, my stay was satisfactory. The hallways on the second floor were quite warm, but the rooms themselves were comfortable.

Summary: The hotel was very clean and you could tell the entire staff was on board to keep it that way. Across the board every area of the hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay at the property again. The only sub par aspect was the breakfast, but that will not keep us from choosing to stay our next visit.

Summary: I was very disappointed in the beds. We’ve stayed at the Warsaw location often but needed a closer location this time, comfort wasn’t an issue before but this stay was definitely a disappointment. I can usually sleep almost anywhere but didn’t sleep much this stay. When I travel my main focus is the cleanliness and comfort of the beds and pillows. If these aren’t a priority to you then it’s great, if it is, bring your own pillows and the beds were meh. Staff was ok for what she was working with but when I asked for bedding for the pullout, she said if I wanted it we had to come get it, I believe she may have been the only staff member in at that time so I won’t take points for that.
