Negative: Beds way to soft. Sunk in them. Mostly, when reserving online the description was for a 2 queen bed suite with hot tub. This is not what we got. Reserved it specifically for the hot tub. Front desk just said that's what we reserved. No it wasn't. Truly not happy.
