Positive: A Perfect Birthday Surprise – 10/10 Experience! We stayed at the hotel for one night as a surprise for my wife’s birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, Maureen went above and beyond to make the occasion special. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers, a cake, wine, and lovely touches that made it feel truly personal. We were warmly greeted by Maureen at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful in showing us to our room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable – we both had a great night’s sleep. The effort and attention to detail really made our stay memorable. I can’t thank Maureen enough for helping make my wife’s birthday so special. I would 100% stay here again. An easy 10/10!
