Positive: This is a sweet little cottage situated behind the owners home but completely independent, with its own peaceful area of garden, although you can also wander round the whole garden, which is pretty and has a section of river at the bottom (fenced off). The owners were so helpful with a great local knowledge and helpful suggestions/responses. Really nice couple. The village is pretty, with two shops and two pubs serving good food. There is also a bus stop just down the road going to Poole and Blandford which makes a nice change to leave transport at home. Location great as an easy drive to loads of things to do in the surrounding area, and if you are a National Trust member there are some fab places (Corfe Castle, Kingston Lacey, Babdury Rings, Brownsea Island via Ferry from Poole, Studland Bay, Hardy's Cottage to name a few), but some beautiful countryside on the doorstep, walks, cycling and coastline, or just relax in the garden which got the sun until late. The cottage itself is cosy, private, the bed nice and comfortable and place was clean. Private parking is right outside the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and could have spent longer here.
Summary: Super cosy cottage, good location with lots to do around and a pub serving great food down the road.

Positive: Lovely mini cottage in the country. Well situated betwn Wimbourne and Blandford. It's got its own central heating.
