Positive: It was open and big enough for us to not be on top of each other

Negative: There is only one toilet and bathroom which did cause some issues. There was a lack of seating for the 10 of us and a lack of crockery for us all also.

Positive: We loved the availability in beds and the reasonable price. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The TV was of very good quality and there was plenty of space to put luggage away to feel comfortable. The house was clean and we liked the wardrobes and the beds. The location is good too, close to the beach and some wonderful sights. We are definitely planning to come back! Thank you, Ruth, for making your house feel like home.

Negative: The house is basic, not many frills but for us this was not a problem. If the fire had been working, that would have been great, but again this is minor.

Negative: The towel rail in the bathroom that comes off the wall. Having only 1 toilet between 10 was not enough. That would be the major change that would have been good.

Positive: Very spacious and well located for visiting famiky in bedlington well equipped and response was quick when help was required

Negative: It would have been better if fire in living room was working. And the mattress on the beds were a little uncomfortable

Negative: Most things are quite basic and ‘no frills’. It would have been nice if the heating had been on before we got there - although it was fine once it warmed up.
