Summary: Fabulous staff and facilities…mattresses were better quality than even more upscale hotels. Great location on Duluth harbor. More choices at breakfast than most other hotels with a small menu.

Summary: We absolutely love this location out on Park Point... Literally grew up right across the street from the hotel 30 years ago. Very quiet area nice to be by the water, convenient parking, amazing breakfast, and a very chipper person at the front desk even when we arrived at 11:00 at night! Plus loved the decor!!

Summary: Neat and clean. Nice to have balcony and marina view. Many pillows of different firmness was wonderful! Internet signal is too weak for any serious work; is that a good thing or bad? Skip the pizza. Take the convenient shuttle to a restaurant instead.

Summary: Hotel was clean, comfortable, breakfast was good. We didnt arrive until late Saturday night so I really cant comment on the rest of the amenity's. I am disappointed that they were not willing to work with us when we had car trouble and would not cancel our reservation. Thankfully we were able to get the issue fixed otherwise we would have lost out on $500 for the hotel night. Things come up that are out of your control. I would think that a locally owned hotel might be understanding about our situation but that was not the case.
