Positive: The staff were delightful. The location was great. The food options were adequate and the serving staff were delightful and very attentive.

Negative: The glass door on the bathroom is weird and difficult. The switches for the lighting are very confusing. Roller blind on window was broken so we couldn’t see out. Just general maintenance needs attention.

Positive: The hotel building is massive and is slightly dated. It needs cleaning from outside as avian droppings can be seen everywhere when one looks out of the window. There was an odd mosquito lurking in the room. The bed was very clean and comfortable and so was the toilet. The room service was efficient. Breakfast is very well laid out and young staff tries their best to serve the guests. But probably they need better equipment because the hot water for the tea was not really ‘hot’. And teaspoons on the table don’t hurt. The hotel should make realistic attempt to arrange reasonable car drop to the rail station rather than quoting a price which is ten times that of a normal taxi fare. The reception staff Varun, Diya and Reema were efficient and very helpful and deserve special mention. The staff is doing their best under the circumstances.
