Positive: Nice large room with everything that was needed.

Negative: The tables and chairs in the breakfast area are in need of replacement, very old. Not much choice for breakfast, only slices of cheddar cheese, no other cheese on offer, no pancakes. My teaspoon had chocolate spread on it. I was not informed until a few days before I was due to travel that the swimming pool and wet area was shut for maintenance. There was a club opposite the hotel with a very late licence, we were kept awake on both nights until after 4am by the thum thump of the music. This needs to be mentioned on the hotel's website.

Negative: Club right outside playing music till 4am couldn’t sleep had to put white noise on YouTube to drown out screaming and really loud music, I’m young and even for me it was to much! The cleanness wasn’t great dusty, looked tatty and little bits of mould the bathroom. Just not what I expected for 290 for 2 nights feel like it needs a refresh and clean

Positive: Good size room, quiet room, plenty of mirrors, ironing board and iron, television, comfortable bed,

Negative: The room was comfortable but a little run down for example the lamps were flickering so we were reluctant to use them. The bathroom was nice but could tell some areas had been “patched up” poor quality of fixes and unfortunately the underneath of the bathroom plug was flithy. Hygiene rating for food was only 3/5 unfortunately this did prevent us from eating at the restaurant.
