Negative: Even though i got a very far if not the farthest room in the hotel. 8 am there was so much noise carpenter noise you could hear. !

Positive: The view of the river Danube was incredible also we got a little gift for our anniversary which was so nice we appreciated that a lot

Negative: The shower screen was broken at the bottom so it kept leaking on the bathroom floor

Positive: Hotel was conveniently located 3 minutes away walking to the metro station. There is a tram right outside the hotel as well. The view of the parliament building was breathtaking. We had a superior room for 2 nights on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the parliament. By the elevator we had a beautiful view of the Mathias church. Room was large and spacious; bed was firm and comfortable; bathroom was excellent with handrails and water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous; lots of options from eggs and bacon, etc to cereals, breads, cheese, dairy, fruits, etc. it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: The location was exceptional. Right across the Parliament buildings and walking distance to the Fisherman's Bastion.

Negative: The air conditioning was a bit noisy and didn't seem to work as well as expected. The rooms and hallways are a bit dated and probably needs some renovations or updating.

Positive: Location and staff were excellent. Great breakfast options too. Room was spacious but very dated and the bed was very uncomfortable. Under sheets were obviously the unbreathable plastic mattress protectors that don’t breathe and cause you to sweat, not pleasant especially when excellent quality alternatives are now available. Also not having any usb points or at least easily accessible plug points by the beds was frustrating.
