Positive: The bed was comfortable (100% cotton linens) and the shower was hot. In my opinion that’s mostly what matters, particularly at this price range. I liked that the hotel was large; though whatever renovation they did was not in the best taste there is a general grandness to the hotel. The property was slightly tucked away and though there was a major road next door it felt a little private. Staff were professional and efficient.

Negative: My room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned; but it was the details, not the main things. The main things (bed, toilet, shower, towels) were clean, as well as the bathroom counter… but there was dust on some surfaces; the glasses and mugs needed to be hand washed by me before use, used/dirty paper coasters in the room. There was a sticky patch on the carpet next to one of the beds. There was an iHome in the room but it didn’t work/didn’t turn on/had no way to be plugged in (I was too tired to check if it was a battery operated situation or if someone had cut the cord at some point, not my problem). One last thing; the thermostat was not present. There was a plastic receptacle for it but it had been taken away.

Positive: The room we stayed in had a full kitchen, equipped with any glassware and kitchen equipment you make need. The room was huge and clean. The only issue we had was our toilet was leaking water but we notified the staff and they handled it. Beautiful place, about 20 mins from Saratoga

Positive: Size of the suits room & bed was very comfortable & clean..

Negative: Furniture is out dated & ran down in the suite rooms. Definitely concerning regarding how it's maintained & repaired especially how much u paying for the room. Everything should be in suite Statues & up to par. Bathroom shower square tiles or very dirty & need better cleaning & attention. stains on the ceiling wall in bathroom unexcusable. Spa bath tub handle broken including dishes washer in the kitchen @room 413 heater room 313 out of service but they did provide me a small space heater but not effective. . been here plenty of times in standerd rooms & premium rooms & they seem to be decent & okay.
