Summary: Incredible, from start to finish. Upgraded to a comfy room overlooking the Plaza. The front desk staff and Hunter the valet were excellent at their jobs. Short walk to several high end restaurants and a great restaurant in the hotel. Nice little spa as well. I loved my stay overall and I would certainly return.

Summary: My family stayed here before the Christmas weekend and had a good time. We only experienced one hiccup at check-in where once we got to our room the key would not work. Took about 30 minutes to resolve but once situated, everything was fine. We are a family of 3 and booked a suite (Jack Scott) that met our needs. Very spacious and comfortable for everyone. There wasn’t a lot of details online about layout but it’s 1 king bed in a separate bedroom, the living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa with dining table, 2 bathrooms and separate kitchen nook. Would’ve been nice if there were instructions for the fireplace. It was a beautiful aesthetic but didn’t actually work (or we couldn’t figure it out). I also wasn’t crazy about the balcony view which faced the front of the hotel. Would’ve preferred a slope side but wasn’t a deal breaker since we weren’t in the room a lot. The property boasted a lot of activities for guests to partake in so everyone had something to do. My family really enjoyed the fireside S’mores moment. The convenience of other surrounding events also made this a great option. Would stay here again if visiting back in the area.
