Positive: The hotel offers parking, some of the staff at the front desk were friendly, but the guy in the restaurant was not pleasant the two times we ate there. The room was very clean and comfortable bed.

Negative: There was no hot water in the room for 2 nights. They said they could not get anyone to fix it over the weekend. The hotel should have somone on call for repairs. The hotel comped us one night stay but I think for the price they should have done more. Some staff at the front desk were friendly but not at the restuarant that guy never smiled or engaged. He clearly didn't want to be there. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable, but they need to work out some issues with repairs and some staff. Do not call me to leave my room so you can clean it when I put a do not disturb sign on the door.

Positive: The room was comfortable and ample parking was available. Location was close to the old town, and easy to find. The breakfast had several sweet and savoury options.

Negative: quality of the food in the buffet could be improved. The juices were very watered down and the sausages were little hard balls....there was no fresh bread for toasting on either of the 2 days we were there.

Positive: Great location, helpful staff, very good rooms.

Negative: Breakfast was good. However, if you arrive too long after it opens, the eggs and meats are gone or cold. Other than that, the staff was excellent and the pastries and tarts were excellent.

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay in Teramo, where family originated.
