Its recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms provide a very welcoming environment with an abundance of light throughout, with east facing windows in the front and a newer rear deck that leads out to a very generously sized backyard and flagstone seating area. One bedroom on the main level and three bedrooms upstairs including the master allows for nice separation and space for 2 families or multiple guests. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, with 1 being ensuite.
Adjacent to the back yard is immediate access to a myriad of trails for summer and offseason hiking. Cottages in this neighborhood include also include access to the Sun Peak Rec Center with an Olympic sized salt water seasonal pool, just minutes away! Backyard firepit ready for summer use only is well situated in the back yard for evening lounging and steps from community trails.
