Positive: Nice quiet location across from a park, host Frans and Pauline are most helpful would highly recommend , comfortable beds and spacious shower

Negative: Nothing everything was great and the hosts let me use the washing machine to catch up on my washing

Positive: Great little apartment, beautifully appointed with everyone we needed. It was a very handy location, in a pretty area walking distance to everything in Haarlem and close to the station to go further afield. Pauline and Frans are wonderful hosts. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Positive: Very cosy and comfortable studio, it has everything one might need. The location is perfect, close to everything.

Negative: There is an extra cost if you want to pay by credit card, which I didn't aware of that in advance. Not too much to ruin the experience of the lovely apartment but not too little to ignore this surprise effect.

Positive: The apartment is lovely, very cosy and comfortable and with all the things you need for a short or a long stay. We stayed there 3 nights and from the moment that we got in we felt very comfortable. Me and my friend arrived at different times and the owner was very welcoming to both of us. The bath is an absolute gem, we went to a fitness event and after a whole day of sweating we really appreciated being able to relax. The house is very close to Haarlem train station, with connections to Amsterdam Central in 15 minutes, so perfect for a quite stay while visiting the city. Overall the place is fantastic and I will book it again if I go to Amsterdam.

Negative: Everything was very good and well thought. If I had to say something it would be that the heating never seemed to heat up properly so we felt a little cold at times, but we are both Spanish and it was raining and cold the whole time so it may have also been us :-)

Positive: Excellent location within 5 min walk of central train station. Extra space for relaxation after busy touring days. Frans had helpful local information about restaurants, etc.. Laundry facilities were made available to us.

Negative: It should be noted that the 2 flights of entry stairs are curved and very steep, which was not an issue for us, but may be for some.

Summary: Excellent attic apartment close to Haarlem Centraal Station.
