Positive: The apartment is in great location. It is few minutes walk away from promenade by the sea and pedestrian streets, and 5 minutes walk from the main square. Also, Tekke beach is very close - not our favourite, but it’s there :) Apartment is big and spacious, our stay was very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable too. Apartment has everything needed for longer stay - kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment is well furnished. The view from the living room is spectacular, it was a pleasure to have breakfast and drink coffee on terrace (which is also spacious). Everything was very very clean, which we specially liked. Host was kind and our communication was great. We would definitely come back again.

Negative: The building is uphill - we didn’t mind, it’s short distance and it was a pleasant walk for us, but it can be helpful to know. Also, shower holder is loose and should be fixed.

Positive: The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with a beautiful view that made every morning special. The comfort level was exactly what I hoped for. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole setup made it easy to relax. Everything I needed was already there, making my stay smooth and stress-free. The staff were professional, helpful, and kind. When the internet connection dropped for a short time, they immediately provided an extra modem so I could stay connected without any trouble. That kind of quick support made a big difference.

Positive: Our stay was in June 22 to 28, 2024 with my parents And our room was in second floor. The tourist population was average. The weather was relatively cool, but it was still necessary to turn on the air conditioner inside the house and it worked very well. Everything was very good Near the center of marina but not so near to annoying night noise. Sea view is very good. Specially the freindly and respectful behavior if the hotel staff. We all had a good time, especially my mother If we come back to "çeşme" again, we will choose this hotel again Thanks alot Ms.Gulben for everything

Negative: Because this is an apartment, the lack of some not so important appliances in kitchen is felt. Also,I recommend you to have some comfort items like slippers suitable for use in the bathroom and carpet slippers,because there are not inside the hotel. There was no variety in the pillow Also, the fixed bathroom shower faucet does not stay in its place and needed to be repaired. If you do not have a vehicle, or if you are accompanied by elderly people, or if you have knee pain, be careful because some parts of the hotel's access to the center of "çeşme" have a steep slope.

Positive: Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and convenient. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had a washing machine and dishwasher. Loved the large drinking water dispenser and the shower had great water pressure. Prompt responses to messages. Absolutely stunning 180 degree views over the harbour / marina and towards the islands. Super comfy beds and walking distance to restaurants etc.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.

Positive: The location is simply amazing. Just a few meters away from the sea and the city center. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was sparkling clean and very well maintained and fully equipped. The view from balcony is breathtaking.

Negative: WIFI could have been better. It was spotty from time to time.
