Positive: Everything was great, I was given a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: the only thing I could fault was the bathroom, it was crowded and the shower stall was too small.

Positive: It was amazing, magic place. Many flowers, nice reception's, cool organisation. I can say only thanking.

Negative: Shops and cafes are around 10 minutes away and its are not on maps.

Positive: The view from the hotel was amazing, especially in the evening, you can see the sunset from the rooftop bar. For breakfast, they only have Asian options, they recommend us their Chicken pho, its suprisingly very good. Friendly staff

Positive: The room was fantastic for the price we got. Lin was really kind and helpful and she helped us get transfers. Highly recommend this hotel it has a great view right outside the hotel. Centre is 20mins walk.

Positive: It was clean, nice staff, drink water provided, kettle to make coffee or tea. Comfortable and big room.

Negative: The owner has a rooster and he is singing so early in the morning, around 5am, so you could not sleep anymore.
